MARIAGES AU CHÂTEAU

We had a micro wedding (30) people at the Chateau and it was able to sleep us all comfortably! It was such a beautiful venue with SO many fantastic photo op moments. Genuinely I do think this is one of the rare occurrences where a property is more beautiful in person than in photos. Rebecca was great and recommended some fantastic vendors for us out of country Americans. 100/10.

Nous avons réservé le château La Commanderie pour notre mariage franco-colombien fin juin 2024. Et nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits d’avoir pu vivre ce moment si spécial dans un endroit si spécial, qui nous a permis de la sublimer encore plus. Le château est sublime et on sent toute l’histoire qui l’accompagne quand on dort dans ses murs. Et la propriétaire est d’une grande aide pour bénéficier au mieux de sa sublime demeure. N’hésitez pas à venir passer quelques jours dans cet endroit magique.

We had our wedding here in May of this year and it was PERFECT! Everything about the chateau was exactly what we wanted. The wedding itself had 50 people and 29 of us slept very comfortably at the chateau for four nights.
The chateau itself is spectacular, and has so many amazing and well preserved features–one of the staircases is oak from the 16th century I believe. Our guests were all very impressed, and it was so much fun to spend a week in such a beautiful and unique chateau!
It was also very well equipped for a wedding, which really made our life so much easier! Make sure to ask Rebecca what she has available that you can use, because it could really save you time and money when it comes to renting equipment you might not need. I really can’t say enough good things about this place, and I’m really SO SO happy we picked it for our wedding!

Dream wedding venue and perfect family holiday stay!
The chateau is gorgeous with plenty of indoor and outdoor options for a large wedding. We stayed for a full week and enjoyed the generously sized pool and grounds. With the chateau and cottage there’s room for 28 people. Rebecca was fantastic and helped us find wedding vendors and local suppliers. Mirepoix is 10/15 mins away by car with all the amenities you could want, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Looking forward to our next visit!

Rebecca, I remember telling you… that the words ‘beautiful’ and ‘stunning’ are not enough to describe how special this venue and your property are. Thank you so much for keeping history and art alive so impeccably, along with the blend of contemporary design and (your) sculpture. Thank you even more for opening your doors to share this experience to people like us. I have experienced the wedding weekend beyond my biggest dreams… I am already looking forward to our return… We appreciate you and Château La Commanderie.

We have just finished the most wonderful marriage weekend in this beautiful chateau and grounds. The living spaces and grounds are tastefully and historicaly decorated and the whole setting is magnificient. The sun shone all weekend and all the guests remarked on the beauty of the location and on the confort of the chateau. We will never forget this wonderful ‘sejour’ and celebration event!

We have had the best time of our lives this week celebrating our wedding with our friends and family. The chateau surpassed all our and we feel very lucky to have been able to stay here. No one wanted to leave and we are talking about holding a reunion next year.
